Spinnaker Shop closed their doors a few years ago, but the world famous harnesses are still available.

Our highly-acclaimed trapeze and mini-hike harnesses meet the race-winning requirements of a large variety of high performance crews. Our designs allow increased concentration on sailing by providing worry-free support on the wire. We accomplish this by providing continuous support from shoulders to thighs, eliminating painful and distracting pressure points, and allowing freedom of movement with our slip-through, padded shoulder straps. We use the best materials: flotation foam sandwiched between a chafe-resistant Cordura® nylon outer shell and a nylon packcloth inner lining. Webbing straps adjust the fit. Our custom stainless hook is guaranteed unbreakable in normal use. Our harnesses are worn by world class crews worldwide.

Our standard trapeze harness, described above, is also available in either an unpadded Dacron version for maximum weight-saving or a crotchless version.

We also offer a female model trapeze harness, especially shaped in the lower back to provide positive support for the female body. The same fine construction and materials make this the ideal solution for the female trapeze artist.
