After checking and counting all ballots, I can confirm that the official result of the ballot on the proposed changes to the spinnaker measurement
rule and the associated alteration of the maximum height of the spinnaker halyard on the mast is:

Against: 113

The change is therefore approved and will become effective wef from 1 October 2001.
