Van Munster pre preg carbon 505
Save thousands on the cost of New 505 and own the latest in boatbuilding
technology: Van Munster Pre preg available from Santa Cruz Worlds. (Results: 1st 2002 worlds, 2nd 2003 worlds). This boat will be race tuned (identical
to Nicholson's) and only 1 regatta old.
Construction is from SP systems SE 84 Pre preg uni-directional carbon
with pre preg woven Kevlar reinforcment and custom ordered Nomex Core.
(45+ pounds of corrector weights)
The boat is to be built in March/
April 2004.
Colour � optional until end of March
Epoxy/carbon high aspect foils (Gybing Board).
Vertical Lifting centerboard pin system
Ronstan/ Fredriksen fitout
Clear Carbon mast ram strut
The boat will use a new design Custom made Goldspar rig at world
Championships but Proctor rig can be arranged.
Sails are as used at Worlds.
Alloy trolly with wide wheels and Female moulded cradles.
