Photo from the Worlds in La Rochelle 1986. Krister Bergstrom/Magnus Holmberg came second after Peter Colclogh/Harold Barnes who won the title. We finished 8th overall. More photos from La Rochelle here. The following year Cargolux sponsored our flight travel and boat transportation to the Worlds in Enoshima/Japan. The boats were shipped in one of their jumbojets from Luxembourg to Hongkong where they were reloaded into the HK fleet container for destination Enoshima Yacht Club. A couple of weeks later we flew with a Cargolux Jumbojet from Luxembourg to Taipei in Taiwan where whad a stop-over for a days before next flight to Tokyo. It was a memorable trip for sure. Paul Elvstrom/Jacob Bojsen-Moller finished 12th. We came 13th and the other swedish team, Nicklas Philipson/Lars Stugemo, finished 11th overall. Check-out the report: swedish – english Enoshima Yacht Club, was also the organizer
